Wife went through boston this am- life is good! shed be up to removal of condition i. July 2014 and would be eligible for citizenship same day. Awesome!

Interview was on july 10, wife got a 221g - the officer stated that the marriage and birth needed translated copies. Asked her to get it done and email to reschule when completed.

My wife being her, left the embassy in a hurry- went to a translator office in downtown KL- got it done in 45 minutes, went back to the embassy right after and submitted the translations. She was then Approved.

We are planning a POE on the 16th between Boston or New york.

The consular officer gave my wife a 221g as they didnt have a translated marriage cert and translated birth cert, asked her to get it translate and reschedule. Well, she ran to the translator got it translated- went back within 45 minutes and got approved! She will be picking up the passport on thursday.

Now our journey moves on to the POE- July 16.

Wife dropped off the interview stuff this morning- going back this afternoon(in about 3 hours) for her visa interview!

The 1v youre referring to is actually IV. You will get this when the interview is done and your visa is approved.

The embassy will not send you any package. If you have an interview date, then you must already have the interview appointment letter via email.

Call the panel dr office thats in that letter to do a medical appointment.

sounds good to me. My wife is on tuesday and will bring similar stuff. Not sure if you need to bring a copy of the police clearance too.

When I traveled internationally, the ticket is always as it appears on the Green card. I don't know why would you get a ticket differently. The passport and the greencard will be checked at check-in.

My passport name and green-card name are also completely different in structure.

You just have to call the dr.'s Office and make an appointment, tell them it is for usa immigration medical check up. Bring the interview letter and the passport. Its done pretty fast- go early so you can do the xrays the same day. Cost about 500myr

Thats a standard operators email reply. Call NVC and ask what your case number is and then ask for the email on how to expedite.

I was rescheduled to july 10.

Try emailing them after 2 weeks and see if ur case file is there. I emailed right away and they didnt receive it- waited another week (3 weeks after nvc gave a date) and they rescheduled.

Interview date is slated on July 19, I did Get a response back from the Malaysian embassy about rescheduling last monday. They said they can't yet re-do it because they haven't received the case files for july yet. The medical was done on the 8th, 2 days after we received the appointment letter.

Over In Malaysia the Dr. responsible for the medical examination is a private practitioner and no appointment needed. My wife was in and out in 30 minutes, got her results the next morning.

I also got the positive respond from embassy to re-schedule the interview if they recieve the package from NVC. Unfortunately, NVC has yet to send the package...its been already more than a week, I got the interview date...

i just received my appointment for my immigration interview, in Juarez Mex.... the problem is I was supposed to request for an adjustment of status since my grandmother petition for us under 245i....what do I do now?? Im I too late???

Did you file for a cr1 visa? I'm confused.

If you are adjusting status through your grandmother the visa you filed for would've been a i-485 with i-140 i believe.

hey guys ive made a small mistake i hope i dont pay big for it... well i sent my I-130 filled out paperwork and was just excited that i got NOA1 and that everything was starting and the app was accpeted but i just pulled out NOA1 which i recived and read through it and realized that my spouse's bday (she is benifciary) was wrong evrything else was correct but instead of 12/12/1988 i accidently wrote 6/28/1988..... so i checke dthe I-130 i had sent out and it was my mistake i had wrote the 6 instead of the 12... but i check my G-325A and i wrtoe the correct date which was 12... so I-130 i wrote the wrong month and G-325A i wrote the correct info... so as it said under the letter if there are any mistakes report to USCIS and i called and reported it and was told they will contact me in the next 15 days .. so my question is NOW WHAT...

will i have to re-send my whole I-130 packet .... or just the I-130 with a correction ..

Will i retain my priority date ??? or will they send the package back? and i will have to start over?

The noa1 is just a notice that they have received your petition. Nothing has been reviewed yet. If there are any issues, when the cross check the birth certificate to what you filled, they will make the corrections.

I had to put my wife name in 3 different ways, and they figured it out.

I put 2 different address and they figured it out.

So relax and wait for noa2
