Just got received an email that they received DS 3032 already. But when we're about to pay AOS in line it says that:

"You cannot make online payments for your case at this time. Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information."

So how's that? Does anyone of you had encountered the same thing as us?

Believe me I'm as stressed as you are.My Marriage anniversary is on June 3rd.I want to get my interview before that but alas i will get a june interview indeed but can go to states after my anniversary .But im trying not to worry and trying to keep me bz with other works so that i can forget about the stress.This is the only way i have now.

Why you send your DS 3032 in snail mail.You go to the first page, get the DS-3032 templete and email it to NVcinquiry! Simple...

Our anniversary is on June, too. Its on 22nd. I dont think by that time I'll get there already. Since Im on DS 3032 level as of this moment. Yes, i sent it through snail mail but then I also sent through email that most of the VJ members says that its very quick but then I haven't get any noticed yet that they received it. I called the NVC but they said that it takes 20 days. whaaaat?! I dont know why they said that so it keeps me become so stressss!

sounds like u sent it via UPS and they attempted delivery on saturday but NVC was closed, so they left them a notice... hopefully they try again to deliver on monday...

Yea, that's exactly what happened. I hope they will deliver it again so no more delays.

I also worry like you do but try to be positive than eveything will go smoother.

I'm same as you girls.. but I guess I worry too much now which is iknow not good but I cant help it. Im still on DS 3032 level.

Thank you. I signed in to the INVOICE. and it says that AOS is not NOT PAID (which is true since we haven't pay for that yet. But I'd like to ask if I can pay for that now even if theres NO ADVICE yet from the NVC? Please reply. Thanks!

It took us about 7 months from NOA1 to NOA2. 2 more months from NOA2 to getting the case number! You need to have a lot of patience.

How did you pay for your AOS? Did u got an email from them? cuz i see in ur timeline that u emailed ur DS 3032 then the ff day u pay for AOS? How was it. Can u pls. provide something I need to know about that? It would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

They don't send you an email when they have received your ds 3032. but approximately a week, give them a call. They should have it by that time.

Oh okay. Thanks! How about the AOS invoice? Will they send it to us? maybe I just need more patience. I just cant wat to be with my husband... Its been 8 months since we start processing the papers,we thought it would only take 6 months for all the process. But then we have to undergo these hard times I guess..

send it through email much faster to reach NVC (nvcinquiry@state.gov)

make sure to put nvc case number in the subject line.

04/18/2012-------DS 3032, NVC Case number, Invoice ID number received via mail.

04/23/2012-------DS 3032 sent to NVC via mail

04/24/2012-------DS 3032 sent to NVC via email.

Hopefully, we could get a response from them acknowledging a receipt of my DS 3032 form via email soon so we can proceed to the next steps the soonest.

thanks sir but i just sent the hard copy of DS 3032 awhile ago via USPS in the Embassy in Manina. Since I already sent it, do u thinkif i send it throuhh my email, it wouldnt have cause any problem?

Thanks for the info. I sent it through email too. Hopefully within this week we could received an email from NVC of acknowledgment that they have already accept/receive my DS 3032 form. Btw, usually how long it will take for them to reply that they already receive DS 3032 through email? based on your experience sir?

U should email the DS 3032 to the NVC to avoid delaying ur application. The template to do so is on the first page of this thread. Also read the faqs on the first page of the thread to get more idea.

Thanks for this! Your papers processing is quite fast. All happened within almost 8 months of processing. My papers are runnng fir 8 months already and yet im at NVC first phase only frm receiving the DS 3032. Hopefully within the year all the paperworks will get done so i can be with my husband soon. It quite so difficult being apart with each other.

Im in the Phils. Anyone here has almost the same case or timeline from me? We filed I130 last Aug and it was approved last Feb 27, 2011 and last wed. April 19, i received a form DS 3032 from NVC. I might send it back on monday. Does anyone here how long will it take til my papers reach the Philippine embassy? Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thank u guys!
