    Amazing! Johnny's AOS has been approved in just a little over 4 months!!! A lot faster than I had orginally thought!! :) I thought we weren't going to hear anything until December! Good Day :)

      We just posted it Monday, what a headache! All is good other than that, we leave for our honeymoon on Sunday. Keep us posted too! :)

    My Love has been here for two days now and it's wonderful!! Glad the K1 process is over!! Now time to get married soon and AOS will be next on our agenda!!

    Awww so glad you liked it here! That's nice I wish I could move to Australia but for now we need to be here for my son since that's what would be best for him. I haven't seen my fiance in almost 6 months so I'm so glad he'll be here on the weekend! Good luck on your journey amd glad you guys can be together :)

    So finally the Visa has been issued, now he should hopefully have it within the next two days and be home on Saturday!!! Going to plan a nice welcome home!! :)

      That's weird. I had my visa within 3 days of my interview and I see most others did too. Have you emailed them? Have you tried looking up the tracking number of the prepaid express envelope?

      Mine took longer than usual, they have been slower lately, email them and request a status update.

      I have been emailing them since the 6th they have emailed me back twice since then, but no for sure answer... the visa was shown issued and printed on the 12th (sydney time) and they have yet to send it... at this time they haven't touched it since the 15th (sydney time) and nothing. We religiously check the tracking for the post and nothing :(

    And it as well says AP... but my fiance forgot his Birth certificate and i'm hoping that's all it is.

    By any chance did you forget anything at the interview that you had to send them back?

    My fiance forgot his orginal birth certificate and right now i checked this website https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx

    and it shows administrative processing.... :| i'm not sure if that's because he was missing his birth certificate... keep me posted girly. Prayers it passes...

      Thank you!!! Jenny it was at 3pm our time :) He's been approved just has to submit one thing which he forgot was his birth certificate he left it on his scanner but he had the copy with him haha

      Hey I read what you had posted about your petition expiring on February 2nd. We are in the same boat of impatiently waiting for packet 4. My fiance had emailed the Sydney consulate last week and they said we can request a re-validation that gives you another 4 months added to your petition. You may want to email them and ask for the same thing.

      Thanks girly!! As soon as we get information and hopefully we get that damn packet 4, I will email them to request a re-validation. I'm still praying that somehow we got stuck with at least a January 29th interview date!! crossing my fingers!!
