    After RFE, we finally got his case number, and then requested expedite, but we sent ds3032 already anyway, and hope to get it through guickly; her interv is Nov 6...only 18 days till then. They did put CR-2 on his classification at least.

    They (NVC) said it just arrived yesterday, but it was NOA2 on Sept 27?? Going to email request to expedite to arrive by her interview.

    Sent our RFE for BC and received it at CSC Sept 17; just waiting on case complete now at NVC for Ann's.

    Age difference really does not matter; especially when her ex BF never pays support or helps take care of his son; is not a father to him; and she marries a person that is willing to do that for her son. And also her ex Bf makes threats to harm her, and kidnap her son; and who sends his sister to her house to try and take him from her for a "visit"....this is the kind of person she neve...

    Couldn't get a decent human on the phone at NVC; just read me the 5 month routine; I told him my wifes approved and waiting on her sons' to catch up; been there since Aug 17, his still not Approv. I'll try to call again and get someone nicer. Any other suggestions?
