  1. I love my wife very, very, very much but sometimes she is sooooo strange.

We just finished eating our dinner. Salad, and potato .

Then while I was starting to clean some of the dishes I turned to

Notice my wife pouring maple syrup onto a cold piece of left over

    French toast from this morning.

She then folded it like a taco, and ate it over the sink.

    Why ?

  2. USCIS has posted a Temporary Delay Alert on their webpage.

    http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=48c78976a0a77310VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=e7801c2c9be44210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD

    It reads:

Due to the high number of recently filed I-129 petitions with USCIS, customers may experience a longer than usual period of time to receive a receipt notice from USCIS. Usually, customers can expect to receive their receipt notice within 30 days of delivery confirmation. However, due to an unexpectedly high volume of I-129 petitions, it may be an additional two to four weeks before customers receive a receipt notice.

Customers who do not receive notification of receipt of an I-129 petition within 60 days of their delivery confirmation date may contact the appropriate Service Center via the email addresses listed on our Contact Us Web page. This is a temporary situation and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Does anyone know if this is a temporary delay only for the NOA1

or for all notices including NOA2 ?

  3. As I posted earlier today, I am going to have to move out of state for a few months to work.

I would like to send my fiance my completed I-134 Affidavit of Support form and supporting documents

before I leave. Given the 5 month time frame for NOA2 assuming there are no RFE's. I will be sending

her this form and documentation approximately 1 month before NOA2 is assumed to be approved.

I want to do this because I need to gather the supporting documentation while Im still at home.

My question is : What supporting documentation do I need to send with the I -134 form .

Tax returns, pay stubs, etc. ?

Also is there any other forms or other things I should be aware of that I dont

know about. The I-134 is the only form Im aware of that I need to submit.

  4. I am going to have to move from Washington State to California for a few months to work.

Our NOA2 is pending , but most likely be approved during the time Im in California.

We are not changing service centers, because we did file with the California Service Center.

Im assuming what I need to do is change my address online with USCIS and call to confirm.

But Im not sure if the temporary address change will be a problem.

Has anyone here had a similiar situation ?
