can you tell me where you got the marriage certificate if you guys got married in the D.R. i sent mine from the junta central electoral dirrecion nacional de registro del estado with the stamp from oficialia del estado segunda circunscrippcion legalized and they said that was the incorrect issuing office, but i was told thats the only place you get it from, please help!!

congrats, can you tell me two things please.

1. how much is the cost of the medical examen.

2. if you got married in the D.Rep is the marriage certificate you sent in from " junta central electoral dirreccion nacional de registro del estado civil"?????? i got a letter saying thats from the wrong place. can you let me now please im freaking out hear.

i didnt get any voice for 90 dollars, im pretty sure when they send you the package called #4 with all instructions for interview they'll let you know if you have to get a physical for your spouse in DR. if you do i read that its like 180 dollars just for the clinical examine, and its done on Lincoln AVe , dont know the number but it has to be done there.

380 i menat, but im not sure exactly how much, but it is around that amount.

theres an extra payment in DR, i think its 340, you pay 140 at a bank as taxes you take that "recibo" and the day of the interview you pay 240 in cash at a window before they call your number for interview.

congrats, i a week or two youll get a folder with a ds3032( choice of agent) and a invoice for the AOS fee ( 88 dollares). as soon as you mail and make payment in a week or so youll get another invoice for the iv fee and more documents. after you make both payments and send all the forms they require youll get your consulate date a week or 2 after they recieve and process the docs you sent. it should be a month max if you make all the payments as soon as you recieve them. good luck.

i called 14 days after the 5 month timeline came around, they made a e-request and told me in 15 days they'll contact me with the status of my case. on the 15th day i was approved. it all depends whose desk your claim lands on, some work fast others are lazy. hang in there.

i dont trust them, here on the timelines you see so many people approved about a month ago with noa1 date after me and got approved, so its hard for me to believe them when they say stuff. i think it just depends whos desk your case lands on, if there efficient it'll be approved quickly but if your unlucky and a lazy person gets your case its bad luck. so hopefully youll get approved quickly, good luck to you also.
