    I am a U.S. Citizen,My fiance went for his interview on the 16th of January being Weds and was denied,In two days time we got an email from the Embassy in Ghana saying his petition was expired and that was the cause of his denial and the petition has already be sent out to USICS...Could someone please tell me what to do?

    I'm new to this site today so anyone willing to guide me through. My fiance and I are just starting the K-1 process sending the first of the forms this coming week!!!
