It took exactly 7 month from date of Bio appt. Sent paper in march 10 bio appt was April 6 approval was October 5

Guess we still have a couple more months of waiting then lol, thanks for your respond

MrsRodriguez - Did you receive the extension letter from USCIS? At some point everyone's GC will expire while in the ROC process so they send you a 1 year extension letter to validate the GC for the time his/her petition is being worked on.

Holaaaa Brendaaa chula..... Yes Esme is correct! Don't be scared they will send him a letter once the GC ecpires extenfing it for 1yrs which will extend and validate the GC in the event he wants to travel throughout the wait of the process.

Thanks ladies esme- no i havent received anything yet since i just sent it. Carmen- i was so scared cause after sending it i found out it can take up to 7 months and we have a vacation planned for august so its good to know he gets a 1 yr extension letter

Hey GodsGift225 hope allis well. We are doing fine. Just waiting on the ROC...;0) i see it's taking a few months for processing. I guess we will get ours probably by February 2015. We hope sooner :0)

Hey Chica, sorry I am just now responding I have not been on here in a while. Nothing yet finished with the DNA testing over a month ago so now we are just waiting to see what this letter has to say that the Embassy sent out today. I asked for them to email it to me so I hope to know something by next week. Will keep you posted.

Hola mi reina, everything is good thanks to the almighty, the embassy send my fiance a letter to submit the medical exam, he picked up his passport and went to the consultorio de visa to get them and to our surprised they did send the medical but after 6 months they expired so we had to get them done again, today he is picking up the results and bringing them to the embassy tomorrow, hopefully after that he will get his visa and I could have him with me. I hope evert=ything is good with you a...

Hey chica! Thanks for checking on us. We just took our daughter's updated birth certificate to the Consulate the other day. Also I have been seeing that they have been updating the status of our case every few days for the last week so we are hoping that means something and will be hearing from them soon.

That great to here! Keep me posted, Eventually everything will work out will, and soon it will be over. And def. that a great sign if they updating you're case every so often..
