I waited over 200 days and my friends from march are going on 240 days today. Thats what I think.

Im starting to see people from may posting about how unfair it is for them about now
Theres people from Feb here still waiting and many from March. Now thats unfair

On one side of course im happy end of March got processed, but i totally would be upset if I was you seeing all these people after you get processed. Theres no structure. Seeing one get approved after 140 days at VSC is very frustrating. People dont understand how hard it is to be away from the people you love for such long periods of time. Saying good bye to your loved ones, not knowing when you are going to see them again is very frustrating.

I sent my RFE today finally. Well it took my only a couple days to sort it out.
Basically i sent them a 200+ page package more less.
30 pages of telephone calls
24 pages of Facebook Chats
10 pages of Text messages (100 iphone screen shots)
50 pages of Emails
Approximately 20 pages of photos, emails, itineraries, and hotel reservations,for each time we have been together. 5 times this year already.
5 sets of Affidavits, including pictures backing each affidavit from family and friends.
Plus each sheet of our passports, which i failed to send the first time.
What i did different this time was i bought color coded dividers with a table of contents explaining each section.
Each time we have been together, i have included our e-tickets. But also i have attached the page on my passport that shows the POE to where ever we have been and copy of her passport page matching the dates with the etickets and some boarding passes we have. Plus the emails between each other regarding the event. I also hand wrote the date on each picture and location of the photo (city location).
I did this for each time we haave been together.
Its been hours and hours of work since i got my RFE Monday afternoon. Not to mention im Jet lagged from the 9 hour Moscow difference and i havent gotten much rest.

Just saw both your timelines. Its crazy how both Service centers are so far apart from ea other. :bonk:
Congrats to anyone who can get this whole thing done in this time frame.

Whenever i get approved, im not gonna make a new topic and celebrate out of respect for the other people here.
I saw just now someone got approved at 70 days.. Really?? I know theyre happy and all and its not their fault. But it makes us who have been waiting 5,6 months here even more frustrated

Feb is at 78 on Igors list. On an average there's an approximate of 100 Approvals for each month. But usually the following Month (in our case March) starts being worked on when the previous month (Feb for now) hits around 75 on that list)
Its all just statistics, not really accurate since VJ is a small portion of the total of filers, but its something that that tells us that any day now March approvals are gonna start pouring in.
Maybe at this point anything seems like hope haha

I don't understand why when people aren't even at the 5 month mark since NOA1 they get upset. It is obvious that they are approving cases by other members here, and the members are a very small percentage of people who have actually applied. When we all started this process we all knew it would be an AVERAGE of 5 months, That could mean more, that could mean less. Hundreds of thousands are applying for family based visas at any given time. Getting a congressman or senator involved the day after a case hits 5 months isn;t going to do anyone any good. I would start worrying after 6 months. And calling day after day isn't going to make it move any faster either. You can't judge your case by others. Each case is different, each country is different, each service center is different, each consulate is different. It is what it is. Although I know it's difficult, you need to try to be patient. I am sure the people adjudicating these cases is doing the best he/she can do with the resources they have.

Im not gonna lie, this was the most exciting email of the day!!
