I'll go ahead and wait until next year to call them again if I don't receive any news about my petition. Anyways, I'm really happy for you guys. It's almost time for you guys. Only a month and half left before the big day now.

I guess I'm just really sick and tired of this waiting game while seeing others receive their NOA2 but it does really boil down to luck. Each day I wake up hoping that it'll be the day but so far, I can just keep hoping and praying as much as I can.

Thanks for the reply. Contacting my senator's office did nothing because when she called USCIS, they simply told her the same thing they told me which is that my petition is still "within" the normal processing times and give it another 30 days...

how were you able to put in a service request without them saying that your petition is still in the normal processing times. How often do you call as in per week? I'm so frustrated, aggravated, and somewhat jaded from this situation....

I spoke with a Tier 2 Officer and it was pretty much pointless. There's nothing they can do since VSC is "still" within processing times since they've been working on petitions from the 28th of May for the past months.....

Today marks my 200th day waiting for my noa2...

Each time I call I only chat with the person who answers the phone. I'm contemplating on calling them again although I called them about two weeks ago.

But I think it'll be ok cuz technically they are engagement photos really. We don't have a marriage certificate and on top of that we filed for the i129f and not the i130. I do hope that they'll see us as engaged lol

hey cuz, quick question, what kinds of photos did you send in with your petition? did it include you guys putting rings on each other's fingers or you guys wearing some kind of special hmong clothes or the tradition american clothes? I'm kind of in panic mode since we took some "wedding pictures" at a studio and sent some of those in.

Anyways, I'm still waiting on my NOA2 and it's driving me insane to see that a petitioner of July has receive his NOA2 while I have not and I sent mine in June....haha

Right now, I'm preparing her packet 3 forms and about to send it to her, as soon as I hear from VSC. Did you prepare the packet 3 for your fiance or you had someone do it for you?

Thanks for the reply. I called USCIS last Friday and did not speak to a Tier 2 officer but with a representative. She told me that I have to wait another 30 days before calling. So I'm assuming that I should've spoken with a Tier 2 officer instead huh?
