    Im a US citizen and wanted to petition my future wife from the Philippines, she has a tourist visa multiple entry. We are planning to have a church wedding early next year. I have read about diff. visa options like the finacee, spouse. Im aware that finacee visa is faster, but we want to have some time to prepare for the church wedding. Is it possible that she will come her on a Tourist visa first then we get married in the US "civil wedding" then go home then apply her a spouse visa...

      Yes you can. As long as she goes home and doesn't overstay her tourist visa. The spousal visa takes longer but she will become a LPR as soon as she enters the US.
