  I have talked to nvc 2 times in the last 4 days. lol.. they cleared up some questions I had about a police clearance from him living in Libya for a year, and some other little things. I was too happy to be able to sign in tonight to pay the first bill! I was doing the happy dance!

  it was very good news. since they do not issue it to non residents, or former residents, it is not needed. she even called a supervisor in to verify.. so.. woot woot!! starting to get the butterflies! almost 1 year in to this... we filed may 3, 2013 and I am ready to have him home so we can visit you guys!!!
