after the 1st comment i realized that i need to make a clarification.when i mentioned "gf" i meant to say a friend who happens to be female.

i heard from my gf in saigon that her family was going to hire a company to handle everything helping her to prepare packet 3.but told her not to use them.i've heard from others that they just take your money and no better results.for this reason i rather spend money to hire a lawyer here in the states or do it myself.
