Op,
You were asking if her cr1 will get denied,we give you some example reasons why she will likely to get denied.like the above post if you don't have a co - sponsor and that you don't make enough money to support her base on affidavit of support, there is no chance of her coming over in the US.one more thing if she doesn't have proof of bonafide marriage etc,how cud the consular approve her????that's the basic requirements.
Is the uscis will approve the petiton even if the petitioner has lack of financial support or income???

can u tell me will she get denied at the us embassy in manila not much income...
How the uscis approved your application to petition your wife if you dont have income??? All I know is they will deny your application to petition if you dont have enough income...

If this is for k1 forum...then sorry I am not really active in posting topics here.. I did not know there should be an appropriate place. I was only asking if there's a way we can go for CR-1 than k3 .. I "GUESS" and I hope others here can understand the term I am using it's either shift or change that's a common words to nderstand right away. Thanks anyway.
Sis, bakit mo pa babaguhin kung approved na???baka lalung matagalan yan...since approved na ay ituloy mo na, kasi pwed ka naman mag file pag nandun ka na..

Our USCIS application/petition has been received and routed to the California Service Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail we will receive our official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with our Receipt Number.
Thanks God...

did he submit G-1145 form along with I -130 ?? that's the only time, USCIS will notify Petitioner that they got your Petition via email. Other wise, you have to wait until you get your "Notice of Action" hard copy. 20 days is prepaid answer you get from USCIS. But your NOA1 should be around the corner.....
You can still create your account on USCIS where you will have an option to get UPDATE of your Petition via email or text message. If I am not wrong, it might be late to get e-notification of NOA1 though...
Oh yes, he did submit G-1145 form along with I-130.
Anyway, how to create an account to USCIS?
Please help!
Thanks

hello again VJ
im here to ask you again guys...my fiance and I were getting married this coming July and i have to stay 2 weeks beyond the require visitors requirement to marry her...i have heard there will be payment at the airport? what is this mean,..how much is the payment and also documents they will ask....i would appreciate your respond..thank you
Hi, you should stay at least a month...you also need to go to the US Embassy Manila to get your capacity to marry, that is very important in the local civil registrar..the processing to get all the requirements to marry in the Philippines is not that easy, you should have the seminar done and the seminar is 10 days counting before you get the marriage certificate and you should stay for another 10 days more as per advice by the local civil registrar in which city you have to apply for. We did the same way, so my husband stayed here 28 days.

My husband sent a packet of I-130 last May 7, until now no reply if received by USCIS phoenix az lockbox. Is anybody knows how long does it takes the confirmation from them that they got my husband I-130 application?
Thanks and have a nice day to all!

Ever really wonder where your paperwork is forwarded to after it leaves initial acceptance? Well for all of you that can't go there in person -- I did! I am not very far from the CSC and so I decided to snap a pic of it for you ... pretty 1960's huh? Just FYI - They don't process faster if you tell them you will hang out there LOL!
My husband sent the I-130 to Phoenix, is there a processing center also in Phoenix like California?? or CSC is the only processing center for the whole thousand of application?
Thanks,
JS

I think, that is not a big deal, as long as you signed the contract, and under your signature is your full name with your middle name.

Congrats ate Maris...

Hello All,
I will be filing an I-130 petition with the intent to get my wife a IR-1 Immigrant Visa. Does anyone have an estimate of how long it takes from the filing of the I-130 petition to the issuing of the IR-1 Visa? I realize times vary, but am looking for a ballpark figure on the time it takes to process this type of application.
Thanks,
Riceman

Why in the top of the right corner in I-130 form says that Expires 01/31/2012, we didn't file yet. The question is, If we file this form this month of April, it will not affect our application???
I need your answer Vj friends.

OP, your husband will be sending the petition to the lockbox in Phoenix. The address is on the I-130 instructions.
Thank you Ryan H...noted.
