I need help from anybody who knows how to get ITIN here in Philippines? Please let me know how to start and where to start? Please help me. My husband need to file and I need it too but I don't know where to get ITIN here in the Philippines. Please help me.

We filed I-130 Last year May 2012, until now we're still waiting for the approval...our second wedding anniversary is on February 16, so we loss hope about our case. Some friends told me that spouse visa takes longer to be approve than fiance visa...

Her new husband married her here in the Philippines, and in the Philippines required to get all documents from NSO, but her previous K1 was denied. You can not marry in the Philippines specially if the wedding conducted by the City Mayor. She had her Cenomar attached the death certificate of her ex. But her concern is, her denied K1 might affect their I-130? that's her concern.

Depends if they consider her failure to report her marriage during her first K-1 and her lying about her being "free to marry" as a material misrepresentation. I don't know how someone could not know they were married.... She may have a life-time ban against her for her failure to be honest the first time around.

She thought it wasn't valid...I don't know exactly.

I have a friend who had a USC boyfriend in 2004, who filed a K1 and approved, but in an interview she was refused in 2007 because she was still married, too late for her to back up when she found out her cenomar... but then, her ex died the same year and too late for her again to find out because they have no communication for almost 6 years. Now, she had a boyfriend he is USC and married her here in Philippines, she got death certificate from NSO. The question is her previous K1 can be a problem to her I-130? Her husband filed spouse and this might be able to affect their I-130?

How old are the peoples that work at the Vermont Service center, maybe they should retire and be replace by younger people that know how to use a high speed computer..maybe it may use a 4g connections, they can process VISA extremely fast. Doing at long hand with paper and a pen is a joke in matter they work, I wonder if President Obama knows how slow the Vermont Services Center is at processing VISA application, I think we should try to contact the President about how slow the Vermont Service Center about processing VISA application is.

May 2012 filers and still no NOA2

281 days today since NOA1 received....from California Service Center to Vermont..I don't know what was happening.

Ours is 280 days since NOA1...The California Service Center transfered our application to Vermont Service Center, until now we didnt hear anything from them...

My husband file I-130 7 months ago and until now there's no information from Vermont Service Center, I don't know why it takes too long for them to approve. My husband really disappointed with VSC, because one friend approved already for only 4 months of waiting, maybe because their I-130 sent to California Service Center?

how long does it takes for a form I-130 will be approve and how much? what are the requirements for filing this Form? pls response. thank u

I am so surprised to get e-mail from USCIS that our I-130 petition is approved after only 99 days.

Is this comparing forum??? Let's just respect each others nationality, way of living/lifestyle and routine. My husband is american and never compare...we respect each other's alot and I respect his Country. I thought this Vj site is for updating IV and NIV etc...but seems to be not because of comparing other's life. Let's just respect this site.

CFO will ask your parental consent or advice if you are below 25, they will not process your CFO documents if you ca not provide it. They are now strict of that, i spoke one of the officer and true that they will not release the CFO if you can't provide the consent, i had witness that one pinay in the training was below 25 and the guy is 40+ , the CFO need the consent of the parents, if she can't give the consent, they will deny her CFO training.

Have you guys checked your case status on USCIS site? I saw this "Last Updated: March 29,2012". Does they updated our case last 3months ago? It's already June2012'should I be worried? Vermont is killing me!

First of all, its nice to see approvals across the board.

I am here to asked feedback from you guys to see if I am doing the right thing by just keeping my mouth shut and witnessing a husband (American) being cheated on unfold.

When I met my husband over the internet, I have this neighbor; let's call her name Maria. Maria has 2 children with her live-in partner (filipino) She felt very envious about my blessing to have a "Kano" that sends me chocolates, gadgets, and couple hundred dollars every month for my allowance (rent, electricity, shopping money). She then started chatting, and joining dating sites hoping to find "Mr. White" and give her exactly what I have been having. She went several facial enhancement treatment spending her live-in partner's money just to look beautiful to these men she is chatting. She then bought a computer unit and nestled it to a friend's house so the live-in partner doesn't know, needless to say., the live-in partner doesn't know everything Maria has been doing just to caught a "Kano" in the ocean.

Now, the story doesn't end here. The live in partner finally found out that Maria is determined to find a kano in the internet. The live-in partner was FURIOUS and went BALLISTIC towards me, because he thought I was the one who encouraged her to do all this. ( I was like, For real? what a lame brain person!) His basis was Maria keeps coming to my apartment and he thought I was a part of Maria's plot to break his family, which I NEVER KNEW Maria was doing all the hardwork to find a Kano. I cut my friendship to this woman because I didn't want to have anything to do with her.

I have been her in the United States when I found out that Maria had finally found a loving "Mr. White" online, and he came to the Philippines and married her. But, the live in partner was pretty "okay" with this. Now I was fuming when I knew that Maria NEVER TOLD THE AMERICAN HUSBAND THAT WHILE SHE WAS GETTING TO KNOW THE HUSBAND (NOW), THAT SHE IS LIVING WITH HER LIVE IN PARTNER. She pretends to have not talked to the father of her children for so many years now.

Now, story still not finished. The american husband of Maria, that though she doesn't live with her live-in partner now, she still constantly visit the live-in partner and sleep together. Until now, Mr. White never knew about the live -in partner at all.

I have this philosophy in life that if you are not part of the solution, you are a part of the problem. I would like to hear your opinions as to what I should do about Maria's unacceptable act towards the American Husband, considering her husband is trying to get to the US with her 2 kids.

For men (kano) make sure that the woman you marry is genuine and you should know more about her and try to ask neighbor or friends of the woman because i noticed that also when I had my internet cafe and saw most filipina chatting with kano but next to them seated was her filipino husband pretend as a brother and cheated the american..For young women, please stop scamming american men for money, you must be fair, or else it will goes to nothing when your kano found out your secret....

hi guys...i just received my social security card,but there is an error to may middle name,they put MANGAY ,instead of MANGAYAYAM,it is lacking of 4 letters,should i correct it or just leave it that way??can it affects my other documents if ever ill not correct it..is the middlename reaally that matters??Please help me..thanks for ur response :)

Jan2009-June2012 I am self-employed, so no employer, do I put 'none' in 'occupation'?

Oct2008-Dec.2008- I worked

2004-2006 I worked

Do I just put Oct2008-Dec.2008 because I worked that time, and not include the years Jan2009-2012 because I have no employer and am self-employed?

and I no longer include 2004-2006 employment anymore?
