January 2009 == we met online via Filipino dating and singles site (Filipino Cupid); chatting No E-mails.
February 2009 == arrived for first meeting in-person! We become friend...he left a magic jack to use to call him and easy for use to communicate as well...since I got the magic jack to use, it was so easy for us to talk twice each day.
September 2009 == arrived for second meeting in-person...getting to know more each other and slowly but surely we care for each other.
February 2011== We met third times and finally we're engaged!!!
June 2011== He proposed to marry me in 2012!!! via phone magic jack...it seems like I was in the cloud 9

February 14, 2012 ==Wedding ceremony at Municipality of Cainta, Rizal Philippines

Almost 20 months since we've got the NOA1...no news yet. I am very hopeless now. My husband and I talked via magicjack everyday, we really disappointed. Our I-130 spouse visa filed in Phoenix and transfered from Phoenix to Vermont.
Can I ask what you have done to find out whats going on? have you called Ombudsman? Congressman? There is something really wrong? have you done a Infopass or service request.
