  2. Oo, fill up an mo din yung part II.

Now,I'm working on dat ksi a friend of mine ay may kakilala sa loob and willing na marelease ang document this coming tuesday (thanks God!) pra maipadala ko na ang civil documents.

  3. I agree with u guys good.gif

Accept it or not, ganyan talaga dito sa atin.

Good luck kabayan! I'll keep u posted on my journey..

ang principal applicant and your derivatives should fill up DS 230 indiviadually.lahat ng kasama mo.Regarding sa signature ikaw na pumirma as a father or mother

  6. They should be sent altogether, and in order kung paano ang requirement ng NVC,

plus the Cover Page - BARCODE ng applicant,...

Be sure to sign the back of the picture...

And MAKE LOTS of copies of every document that you will send out...

    Good luck...

Mraming slamat kabayan.Napakalaking tulong ng forum na ito.

Yeah thru email, my husband submitted the I-864 (affidavit of Support) nung March 31,2012.And I got a letter April 5,2012 asking for the submission of DS-230 and civil documents.Kaso ang problem ko May 3 pa release ng nbi ko..No,don't send the civil documents unless you are told to do so by NVC.

San nbi branch yan?swerte mo at pwede ang ganoon.kahit may bayad ok lang as long na makuha mo na ang document di ba?

  10. HELP NAMAN PO...I received a letter from NVC today asking us to submit ds-230 forms and civil documents for me and for my derivatives ?I already completed the civil documents needed except the NBI clearance kasi one month po ito bago ma release.Sa May 3,2012 ko pa makukuha.Pwede na kaya ipdala ang mga civil documents I have at hand at to follow ang NBI upon interview?

Any reply will be a great help.

  11. Question po.. My husband is going to pay for AOS fee thru online payment, but after inputting the NVC case number and Invoice ID number, my child's name (who is my derivative) would reflect as the "Applicant". My name as a principal applicant is not indicated. Ok lang po ba ito?

Did u receive a letter from NVC? The beneficiary and each derivative of an I-130 petition should have an invoice ID number.

But i heard from somone na one day lang daw na nakuha ung NBI nya. Depende po ba ito sa location? Pampanga po ako

Pag abroad 1 month bgo mo mkuha, pag local at walang kapangalan yun ang 1 day processing.

  13. Nabago na ba ang Rules tungkol sa Police Certificate that the NBI clearance will suffice? Ang 16 years old and younger are excempted sa police clearance. Madali lang kumuha nito, puede hintayin.

    Police records

Available and reasonably reliable. Philippine-born immigrant visa applicants 16 years and over are required to furnish certificates issued by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). The green NBI certificate annotated for travel abroad is the correct certificate. Other colors are for local use only. Foreign-born applicants who have resided in the Philippines for six months or more may be issued NBI clearances upon application either in person or by mail. Applicants residing outside the Philippines should send requests for certificates together with money orders or bank drafts for the fees and postage to IRD-Mailed Clearance Section, National Bureau of Investigation, Taft Avenue, Metro Manila, Philippines. Philippine Embassies abroad can assist Filipinos in obtaining NBI police clearances. The NBI has its own fingerprint charts and personal data forms that it will send to the requesting applicant for execution. Most applicants abroad find it more expeditious to have a relative or friend in the Philippines assist them in obtaining their certificates from the NBI. In that instance, a letter of authorization is required. The applicant may also submit a copy ("personal copy") of a prior NBI clearance to facilitate the processing of a new clearance. Posts are advised that not all arrests and convictions occurring outside of Manila are reported to the NBI. NBI's criminal records database is not foolproof and the remarks provided on reports require explanation.*Manila and major Philippine cities have computerized records.

  14. Just an advice if u are on the process of preparing civil documents unahin po ninyo kunin ang nbi(for abroad) 1 month yan before ninyo makuha the rest of the documents ay madali lang makuha. And be there early 8am po ang open ng nbi office they have a cut-off.Syang ang punta ninyo kung di kayo ma-accomodate w/in the day.

bdw, NBI is same as police certificate written on the list of civil documents

  15. All NSO documents are official so don't worry about them. They are in long and colored papers. I think mayron ka pipirmahan as applicant and preparer ng DS230 Kung ikaw Lang ang gumawa.

As of the moment, nasubmit ko na DS-3032, AOS form. By tomorrow pay na ako ng IVF.

Ano po ang next after nito?

Ano po ang documents na isusubmit after this?

    Thanks :D

You will find the list of required documents in this link. You need to be there early kasi may cut-off number of persons na pwede kumuha. Sa case ko huli ko siya nakuha so I need to wait for the release of my document on May 3, before I can send all the documents to NVC.

Unfortunately, I have to wait 6-8 weeks till a death certificate is issued, so I have no certified evidence of his death at the moment. Should I just wait and hope I get approved without and RFE? Let me know what you guys think
