I just noticed VJ has reputation points...You have got to be kidding me! A person can have thousands of posts filled with nothingness and lies and get hundreds of points for that to have an "excellent" reputation rating. lol @ Darnell. Laurie, what's your situation? Is he in the US and you just feel like visiting him for a few weeks? Are you planning on overstaying? Do you know when your interview will be? You should create thread in the forum that people can answer. I'm visiting my wife for a month before my interview. Just to help out around the house and spend some time with her.

I am a Canadian engaged to a man from California and have applied to live there. Our application was received September 26, 2012 and we recieved I-1797 C on September 28, 2012. We have not heard anything since. We are filed at the CSC. Is anyone in a similar situation or who have some advice on how to proceed to find out some more information?
