Reading about other folks' troubles leaves me with mixed feelings. On the one hand, I'm glad to know I'm not alone - but on the other I'm sad that others are having the same stress and anxiety that I am with this LONG and drawn out and expensive process. There really need to be some reforms of this system.

This is really heartbreaking...first RFE..no hard copy yet..and then i see NVC is really slow...we are really goin to get married in winter and i have freakin summer wedding dress.

Okay, so my husband is 40 years old. We are sitting here on the phone and I'm telling him, baby, the DS-230 wants to know where you have lived since you were 16 years old. He has got back to 1998 (with 10 years more to remember) and he is stumpped! I'm cracking up!

Today is offically 5 months and no NOA2, I called USCIS and they informed me that VSC is processesing January 9th filers so technically they are not behind according ot the rep. Lord help me...
