    Hi they had asked my husband if he travelling back with me and he said no, so then he was told to come back the next week for his passport

    once approved, are they not suppose to give back the originals and keep the copies? They gave my husband back the copies not the originals

      You are supposed to get your original docs back. You may want to inquire with them about this.

      I should have done that.. :-( I waited a few more days n sent on the 8th. Hoping to get the acceptance n IV bill in couple of days...

      It took about a week after sending in AOS for them to send me the IV bill, but not before I got an email form them stating they had not received the DS-3032. So I sent that a second time (Electronic again...with 2nd request added to the subject line) and got the IV bill the next day. Sometimes they just have a hiccup!

      I see now you are only waiting on case complete! Congratulations...you're ready to wait with the rest of us for Interview Dates (this might be the most excruciating wait of all!!! LOL)

      It looks like I am on the exact same date as yours so far!

      Feb 7th, July 12th and July 16th.

      Called NVC today too. Same answer, same story: (15-20 business days)

      Let me know about if you hear anything.
