oh sweetie do not worry about those negative comments! You're not the first or the last one. I also separated and I regret so much bringing him to the US, but hey, things happen and you did your thing right on time. Sometimes we need to speak up on the reality of the process and how some things do not work out at all. Not necessarily we're being used, but just doesn't work out. However we just had a beautiful babygirl on 10/29/2013. So for the sake of our daughters we have decided to remain friends. Hope all is well with you guys!

I am planning on traveling with my step-daughter in April with her AP. I'm going to leave her in D.R. for about 2-3 months with her mother and she will come back with her grandmom (my mother in law). Is this possible? If so, what are the requirements?

hello everyone! I got back from the DR last night. While i was there i received a text from uscis saying there has been an update to our case. I was very happy to see it!!! When i checked online, i saw they mailed out an RFE. Im happy, this means my NOA2 is VERY close!
I also got to meet my good friend Godsgift and her hubby over there! Good luck Godsgift! VISA APROVADA! -
My hubby just purchased his first car.. Stable job.. Baby Mama has calmed down a little. Things are looking better :-)

literally haven't called since I sent the AOS package in, and Idk what made me call today but I got a nice surprise! AP & EAD were approved and should be expected in the mail next week!! Thank God!!!

this is some f****** bs!!!! How the hell is it possible that we still can't see the case online? I dont really care who is working on our case or about any processing times. How are other cases being sent to the same center (NBC) and they already got their biometrics? I feel like I'm going to blow up forreal. I've already waited more than enough since 2011. I'm sick of this bs

Hey Molly! I have a few friends who already got their EAD/AP and still can't view the cases online. I stopped checking a month ago because VJ's estimate is pretty accurate. When we went for the biometrics, the rep said that she has seen some cases of people getting them 2 weeks after their Biometrics. Overall it's about a 2 month process. I'm sure you'll get the EAD in a few days! Best of luck
