  1. Ah OK. Copies would be fine as long as they are readable. you have to send both copy of the original and copy of the translation. Do not forget that you have to complete and sign form G-325A as well, they should see an original signature not just a copy.

oh yes i did that already but we are going to include my wife us passport beographic page and her birth certificate but they still says her maiden name does that matter ?

  2. No, Morocco is not a part of the EP process yet. Originals (with translations) are to be sent to NVC plus a set of copies.

thanks for ur answer. but we didn't sent the i-130 yet i'm asking if i can send copy of our marriage certificate through internet and do i have to send just the translation or also in arabic???

  3. She would use what she considers to be her current legal name. If it is her intention to have a "married name" but just hasn't gone to the effort to change it on her ID yet, she should go ahead and file the petition in the married name and then take care of the name change at her earliest convenience.

but what about her birth certificate it sayd her maiden name is that matter ?

  4. I suggest the petitioner fill out all the paperwork as she is the USC and speaks and understands English well. I am trying to understand why the visa applicant is filling out the forms. I would never even imagine my spouse trying to comprehend the forms when English is his third language. It is evident this a very challenging process, have your wife or mother-in-law join VJ it will make the process much smoother for you both. You are trying to accomplish what many Americans hire an attorney to do. Yes it is fairly feasible to accomplish if you already dominate the language.

Hi ma'am MIBNEN I appreciate your answer but that's not what i asked about there are some people who they answered me already and i'm grateful for them. so you don't need to type all that because you are off subject. Thank you anyway!

  5. Hi Everyone !

I have a question: My daughter and I traveled to morocco to meet simo and then they were married a few weeks later. Her passport and plane ticket says her maiden name (name before you are married) but now her legal name has changed to her hubands. If we file for paper work on behalf of simo does she have to sign the paper work with her married name? The United States will know she has not legally changed her name if she files the paper work before she changes her name... Will there be any conflicts in doing so? I feel since her legal name is his last and her paper work has her maiden name, there might be some problems. Has anyone gone through this same situation before?
