Hi everyone,

I would like to hear your opinions about our situation, i am simo and i met my wife almost two years ago on a social website

we became bf and gf in march of 2011 and on december of 2011 we decided to meet and get married, In February of 2011 my wife came

with her mother and we got married we spent two and half months together. we filled ir1-cr1 visa. and on September 28, 2012 we got case

complete at nvc, so now we are waiting for the interview. also we have metioned on a letter explaining our case when we sent our

i-130 packtage that she will come back in september because we thought it would take longer for the interview but it was faster.

so we don't want to waste money now. note: I am 21 years old and my wife is 19 years old we both are students and we are going to

live in her parents home.

here is my question: since my wife came only one time and we got married would that cuz problem to us in the interview?

or does she have to come back again? Her mother does not think it is necessary to come back since we might be together in the usa

in two months.

we have have called nvc today and they said that our IV packtage got accepted but the aos packtage my mom in law have to fill out i-864a instead of i-864 what do we have to send just this form and the cover sheet of aos? or do we have to write a letter explaining that?

I am wondering why we need to send bank statements if we are using wages not assets ?

If he's using just ASSETS and not income, then an employment letter isn't necessary, but bank statements are.

If she doesn't have an income, then it's $0.

does she have to metion her parents and thei incomes on question 24 b and c ?

does my wife have to do a Employment Letter even if she never had income ? i thought only the joint sponsor would do that.

what does my wife have to mark on question 24 and 25 of her i-864 form since she have never had income ( student) ?

Some kind of proof of employment is a really good idea. Two options: employment letter or pay stub(s). Is there no way she can get an employment letter? And does she have a pay stub?

does my dad-in-law needs an employment letter since he contributing his assets to the joint sponsor (mom-in-law) or just her ?

we have paid the aos fee and IV fee and they both show Paid, but we didn't send anypacktage yet cuz we are waiting for IRS tax transcripts.

can we send them both (aos packtage and IV packtage) at one time when we get IRS tax transcripts and how can we do that?

If her parents are going to be co-sponsors, yes, you need to show proof of relationship (birth certificate) and proof of residence (copy of driver's license).

And yes, if they're co-sponsors then they need proof of employment as well. And if they're using assets to qualify, then bank statements are needed.

her mom is joint sponsor and her dad using assets to qualify so we still requiste to send all birth certificates of them and all drive liscnece ?
