    well amigos me estoy prepaprando para mi entrevista este 4 de abril . me podrian ayudar para saber como organizar mi folder and que no me haga falta ningun papel gracias no fuy casado no arrestado.

      el appointment lleter, etc. en relacion a la preguntas son basica, donde se conocieron, cuando tiempo tienen junto, ni an estado casados anteriormente,etc. ellos siempre te miran a los ojos. no lleves camara a la embajada, llava paraaguas ya que van estar espuesto al clima.

      a nosotros nos llego el 7 dias, ellos te envian un correo electronico cuando este disponible para que lo recojas en DHL. suerte

Please help me tengo mi cita en bogota tambien gracias amigo y ellos dicen que toma de 10 a 14 dias para q DHL tenga el pasaport

    Well i have a questions,, in the form ds 156, they ask me if i have intent to work and intent to study there in usa ,, they say if is afirmative give us the name of employer and name of school , m well i have my intent to work and study there bc it supousse to be my new country where i will live all my life ,,, but i dont know where i will work and where to study bc i hope to live first there ,, i answered yes to both but under i wrote this,, ( UNKNOWN AT THE MOMENT ) ,, some persons tell me ...

    Hola Amigos , Podrian regalarmen algunos consejos para mi entrevista aqui en Bogota COLOMBIA ,, Gracias Muy amables, bueno y estoy esperando Nuestro NOA2 vermont Center y desde el 13 de abril del 2012 que recivimos nuestro noa1 ya pasaron 6 meses y 11 dias y nada Grrrr Bueno les agradesco sus comentario GRACIAS

      hermano lo unico que le puedo decir es que hay que esperar. yo espere mas de 212 dias desde Junio 1 2012- enero 4 2013. ya ellos estan trabajando la mayoria de casos de Julio. Yo tengo la cita para mi entrevista Marzo 18, 2013 te dejo saber todo lo que necesitas. saludos parce

      Awwww Amigos Gracias ... BUENAS noticias ayer 28 de Enero iva condduciendo hacia mi casa y recivi la noticia de que nuestro NOA2 fue aprovado SIIIIII muy feliz casi suelto la cabrilla hahahah ,, Bueno bendiciones a ustes ,, Somos de los mismos,, Somos colombianos , DIOS con nosotros y con la mayoria,,, Lo siguiente es esperar NVC ? tengo que poner me algunas inyecciones? oh Gracias ABE& LAU GRACIAS SFJMB

    Can someone recommend a immigration lawyer or a immigration consultant? Has anyone ever used a consultant and if so how did they do? I have 3 f1 denials and Im going to file for a k-1 visa and I need help because I dont want another denial. Thanks
