    received email from USCIS stating this: Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number

      hola, my wife and I also had a simple wedding(just the court ceremony). we decided that we are going to save up and go to puerto vallarta and get married over there. Como an estado jose y leti. Antes de Navidad mandamos los documentos de imigracion y ahoy el abojado nos llamo y nos dijo que nos llego una carta que es para las huellas de sandra. (biometric) creo q haci se le llaman en ingles.

    hola mucho gusto. mira despues de que llenas la forma i129f. son como 5 meses de espera depende si no te dan un rfe. y tambien si te toca vermont service center ellos son unas tortugas california service center es mas rapido. mira sigue los guias aqui. completa tus documentos y si tienes preguntas preguntanos te ayudaremos. para que todo te salg bien
