    My Husband without i-131

    My husband went back home without his I-131.We notified the USCIS asking first if he can go back home for an emergency,they told us to they were going to expedite the I-131 case but first we needed to provide the evidence of his mother being ill. We sent in the paper work to prove that his mother was truly sick on August the 10th.My husband being very anxious to get back home hearing more news that his mother was ill, he knew that he had to get back to his old and ill mother being the only child able to support his mother he went to Haiti on August the 18th. After he went that following day the USCIS found out that he went to Haiti, they said he abandoned his I-131. How can I help my husband return back to the U.S.A his new home.Now their asking for initial/additional evidence.

    HELLO EVERYONE! I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you must submit evidence that you and the benefiaciary intend to marry 90 days of the benefiary entry to the united states as a k-1.evidence may include,but is not limited to ,copiesof correspondences between you and the beneficiary discussin wedding plans,evidence of wedding plans,evidence of wedding such as announcements,plans made to reserve a venue for the weddin,or any other evidence ofyour intend to marry one another,including,for example an original statement from the benificiary establishin his intet to marry you within 90 days of his admission to the united states!!!! I NEED HELP WITH THE RFE THEY SENT ME!!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!! WHO HAVE TO ANSWER THEM BACK ME OR MY FIANCE

    Why another interview after case is denoed by Embassy???

    Hi VJ'ers,

    I am writing to get some opinions... This morning my fiance got a call from the Embassy in Haiti. They asked him if he knew why he was denied? He replied " I am not really sure because I never recieved any documentation explaining why. (of course I told him about the email denial from the embassy back in January)

    Then he was told to bring in his passport on June 27, 2012. He was so excited he called me right away. I was thoroughly confused because we were denied in January 2012 because my divorce decree was improperly registered in Haiti....So I am currently in the process of divorce again..

    I hope they are not luring him back to the embassy to put a denied stamp on his Visa. Anyone else have any thoughts on this and why they want him back?

    they just going tell your fiance for what he be denied for.cause the embassy did that to my fiance,im sorry

    Sorry about the caps i must been real mad when i wrote it.Here is the thing she only went to DC to visit her brother.I told her there was no way i could get the time to go to DC.Because of my work schedule.I paid for a ticket for her to come here not DC.I met her family all in eretria her brother came in the picture about a year ago, sometimes i even wonder if he is even her brother.Im looking for a number to report this everywhere i call i just keep getting transffered.Thank you for ur time.

    You have said in the past that your petition was denied, and was being sent to the fraud investigation unit. It would seem that your petition was returned for revocation. It says that it was closed in the office in Haiti, in the latest dated email sent to your senator.

    You were advised on all your previous threads on this topic to speak to an immigration attorney. Did you do that?

    i would like to know why they ask him to go in the embassy on may 2,2012 for interview,this where im confusedd

    Thank you for your follow-up inquiry concerning immigrant visa application filed on behalf of the aforemention applicamt.

    mr.j has been found ineligible for the fiance visa because no qualifying bona fide relationship could be established with the petitioner.the pettion was returned to the u.s citizenship and immigration services in mesquite for revocation.the case should be considered close in our office.

    we hope this information will be helpful in responding to your constituent's concerns.

    Yep, that white slip stapled in the passport was your I-94 departure record. It's handed over when you leave the country and that's how they know you left. If you don't have it, don't worry. It's the airline that collects it. The airline doesn't care about your legal status. They probably won't ask you for it, as they will just assume you're a visa waiver traveler, in which case you wouldn't have an I-94 at all. Simply put, the US won't know where you are, and if one day they decided to come knocking to deport you.. Well, they won't find you.

    For you, this will only be a problem if you ever wanted to return to the US. It has happened before (though rarely) to travelers who either loses it or somehow realize they still have it in their passport after returning. They then have to prove they didn't overstay the next time they intend to go to the US.

    If you have no intention of returning to the US any time soon, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Go live your life, and live happy!

    You were advised weeks ago to speak with an attorney. Have you done that?

    I m confused my fiance have visa interview on october 27,2011,when he went to the interview the consular officer give him a white paper my name was on it.the consular officer told my fiance to tell me call civa,i call civa they give me and appoiment for february 6,2012.i went to the interview .they do dual interview,we was denied consular give ask a white paper the white paper was 221g,it was not enough relationship between me and my fiance.the consular told me it will sent my case to uscis.when come back home i wait for couples week past ,i call the civa =ask them questin when they going sent my case back to uscis.they told ,me my case pendind in administrative processsing/review.they told me to call back the 16 of march,they say the consular still doing he work.they told me to call the 22 of march.whem i call they told me to tell my fiance he have interview may 2,2012 at 7:00 am.all this time i m call ,i m working the senator ,for the senator ask the embassy to review my case again. when i call DOS they say my case still administrative processind.I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY MY FIANCE HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER INTERVIEW AGAIN

    WHEN I WENT TO THE INTERVIEW ON FEBRUARY 6,2012.THE MISTAKE ME AND MY FAINCE MAKE.THE FIRST QUESTIN WAS WHEN HE BUY THE ENGAGED RING IF ME WAS THERE,HE SAY YES I WAS WITH HIM WHEN HE BUY THE RING.MY ASNWER WAS NO ,I WAS NOT THERE.THE SECOND QUESTION WAS IF ALL MY FAMILY AND HIS FAMILY WAS THERE FOR THE ENGAGEMENT PARTY.MY FIANCE SAID YES.I SAID ONLY ONE OF MY BROTHER WAS THERE AND ONE OF HIS SISTER WAS NOT THERE.WE WAS HAVE TWO ENGAGED PARTY FIRST ENGAGED PARTY HIS SUPRIZE ME A CLUB WITH THE RING.THE FIRST ENGAGED PARTY I DIDNT BUYY THE RING WITH HIM.THE SECOND ENGAGED PARTY WAS WE US SPIRIT IN VOUDOU.I WENT TO BUYY THIS RING WITH HIM. CAUSE I WAS EXCHANGE RING WITH HIM.THIS HOW WE MAKE THE MISTAKE.CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM.CAUSE I M SCARE AND IM FRUSTRAT.THEY EMBASSY SAID THEY SENT THE CASE IN ADTRATION REVIEW/INVESTIGATION FRAUD UNIT.
