Hi Vj Members!

I just got approved on Oct 15 and is now waiting for my visa packet. Have booked our tickets already and is ready to leave on first week of Nov, my question is on the I-130 we put my husband's mom's address on the part where I want my GC to be delivered which is in CA, now we have found a place in Nevada where we would stay for a year and our point of entry as well. How can I change the address where my GC will be delivered at so my mother-in-law does not need to overnight the welcome letter and GC to our address in Nevada?

I agree with Batibot,

I would suggest to get plenty (2-3copies) of original NSO papers, you will for sure need it in the future. You will never know but it is always good to be ready just in case they ask for it. =)

You need to call NVC if you want to know if you have one already, or you can wait for their email. =)

This is what the Manila USEM has to say (they responded to my email)

"You may wish to contact NVC regarding your concerns. All case processing for Manila, including appointment scheduling, is generally done at NVC. The applicant’s place in the scheduling queue is determined by the date all the necessary fees and supporting documents are received at NVC and the case becomes documentarily qualified.

Now, my question is REALLY??? Who should I believe between NVC and Manila USEM? NVC is saying they are waiting for the USEM, but USEM just said this?????????? Wow....

Just called again, wow Now NVC is telling me to call next week "IF" they had set me up for Oct. interviews. No Guarantee that they will be able to fill me in for Oct. Not good.

It doesn't say what the different shade of blue means....

The darker Blue ones are the available dates and the lighter blue ones are already filled. I guess?

P.S.as for the Manila U.S. Embassy I highly think the month of Sept is already fully booked. Just trying to see how soon they can schedule us. =)

For my AOS Package I only included 2010 and 2011, that was enough for NVC to complete my case.

Most people send 3years of Tax transcripts though.
