  Please help...I am a newly registered member, and when I look on the forums I am told I'm not allowed to start a new topic, to reply to any posts, to write private messages...basically, I'm not allowed to do anything. Is this normal? What do I need to do to be able to do anything besides view other people's posts? I really, really want to ask questions here and I can't and it's maddening.
