I guess if I wouldn't write that they sent a "request for more evidence" if they did not actually sent a request for more evidence. That's awfully confusing, at least to me.
If your spouse is a beneficiary on your retirement account, that is one more thing you could throw in there.
My bad, I'm sorry for confusing you and others which I'm sure I did. I did add her to my 401K as my beneficiary and will include that too. Any more suggestion? Thanks for responding.

What did they actually request on the RFE?
Not any RFE, I guess my first post wasn't well composed to be understood. I'm about to file for ROC next week and wondering if I have enough evidence to be mailed off or if there are other evidences friends here can recommend that I include.

- I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Conditions
- Copy of my Green Card (Front and Back)
- Evidences of Relationship:
o Lease from our landlord showing both names.
o Copy IRS transcripts 2010 & 2011 showing joint filing.
o Copy of Chase bank letter showing that we are joint account holders.
o Copy Chase bank joint account statements every 4 months.
o Copy of Credit and debit card showing our names.
o Copy of lease contract from lawyer showing both our names.
o Cell phone bills from AT&T showing family plan for me and my wife.
o Copy of home phone bills from AT&T
o Electricity bills on wife's name showing address.
o Water bills on wife's name showing address.
o Cable, internet bills on my name showing address.
o Copy of Company benefits letter showing that my wife is the beneficiary.
o Health Insurance showing joint names
o Medical Explanation of Benefits letters, showing me on my husband's Health Insurance.
o Copy of my driver's license and wife's state ID showing same address since she don't have a driver's license
o Copy of Sam's club membership cards for myself and my wife
o Copies of few photos
o Copies of joint application for auto loan, personal loan being denied.
o Copies of mails and letters addressed to both of us showing same address.
o Copies of mails and letters from our college which we attend together.
o Few junk letters, mails addressed to the both of us with the same address.
o My car insurance policy and a letter stating that my wife don't have a driver's license and planning on one.
These document are being submitted as you requested in addition to those document already submitted with the I-751 form.

Lease agreement is ok, there are too many haters out there. They might mess your immigration journey up with a bogus call.

You sound like a 5-year old wishing on a genie. This is a community where users share and contribute... not just show up and make demands as though others are obligated to respond. You'd be surprised how far "please" gets you these days...

Hello Guys, I will be removing conditions in april. We don't have mortgage but pay rent every month to our landlord. We have the lease contract from our landlord but seen that getting a letter from him might help.
I would like a sample of what the letter to get from our landlord should look like and if he needs to notarize it.
