Decided to give them a "ring" one more time and Voila! They got my petition on wednesday but didnt update it till this morning. Got the LND number and I asked if he can go ahead and book his medical yet, the lady said no, because London hasnt received his case yet and it would take about 7 business days before they get the case in London. they keep messing with my emotions these peo...

YES! I've been calling them. Still nothing. I dont know if we really should wait till the letter (packet 3) comes so we can get the LND no and not have to call them everyday for it. This is so Ridic.

Hey Mary...I'm so nervous! Next week HAS to be our week. I caved in and changed my password, only to get excited when I saw an email from USCIS confirming the change. I thought it was an approval :-( lol! This is one unforgettable experience I tell you.

Hi!!! I practice Employment discrimination and litigation. Still fresh out of law school. Louisiana's law is different from most other states.....its mainly civil law not the common law that we got from the Brits :-). I was praying you would not be in the same situation as me, but stay strong. Just turn in everything they ask you for! What else did they need? We're still waiting for Julian's Italian PC which he won't get until November 22nd. Still hoping we can spend Christmas together
