I am planning on getting married in June. I traveled to her home country last year to visit as friends possibly more. For that reason I have no photo's of us together and I have little proof that she was with me during that time. After I get married I am sure we will have ton's of pictures, flight tickets, hotel costs, etc.. it that going to be sufficient or do I need to travel back to see her before the wedding to prove that we have meet?

I know the process of the I-130 and the visas. My question is that I am getting married in Honduras in June. My soon to be wife has a child and the child's biological father has abandoned him. is there anything extra I need to do other than a I-130, CR-2?... do we need to find the father and get his permission for the child to Travel to the USA?. The child's father is not listed on the Birth certificate. Also could I put my name on the Birth Certificate? would that cause problems with the I-130?
