  1. Hey guys,

Anyone who is filing based on 5-Yr rule know if I will have to present my last 5 years tax transcripts? Not sure if they will ask for these at the interview.

    Thanks

Odds are they won't. Having said that , we've come this far...over prepare...i'm taking them with me.

I ordered tax transcripts on the IRS website. It's free and they came pretty quick.

  2. yes it was exactly 89 days before. Ok, waiting is very difficult, even more when you see that some Jan filers already have interviews or placed in line.

Hi - I don't mean to raise your hopes because at the end of the day I don't know for sure. I looked up other Houston cases in this and other forums. Pretty consistent ~75 days from filing they are getting their interview letters. For you that would be 3/11/12.

So it may be coming. Always afraid to post this info because if it doesn't come I just create nervous wrecks out of people.

Interviews are usually 30-40 days from when the letter arrives.

    Good luck

  3. Hi all, Its been a while since I have been on here and ALOT has happened in between, now I need to get my childrens N600 done and get them that precious piece of paper that says they are citizens, however with two kids thats $1200 dollars which I do not have since we just spent all our savings moving to another state (Fl) is there a fee waiver form for the N600 and what would qualify if there is? Thank You.

I am not sure if there is a waiver or not but if they had a green card when you naturalized you can get them passports instead of N600 and save yourself about $1000
