    I would recommend going to the Local Civil Registrar and telling them your situation and and ask for an "advance endorsment" for your daughters birth certificate.. Im sure they will know what you are talking about and be able to help you. Hope this helps.. good luck and God Bless.. I am scared also becuase i have no idea how long all of this will take.
