hi guys in doing I-864 do i put iut NVC case number on every document including the I-864 forms??

hi guys my husband has already done is tax for 2011 and he is only sending in one year for the I-864 form, can he send in 2011? or does it have to be 2010? jus curious.... thanks

hi guys quick question. my husband is getting his things in order to send in I-864 and he was going to send in 3years of tax return,but now realized he didnt get back a copy of his 2009, so therefore he has 2010,2011, can he send in just 2? or needs to be three years?

No worries. I'm in the same boat so you still have a couple of days more of waiting before you get an answer on your DS-3032. You said you emailed yours on Saturday. My wife emailed ours last week on "Tuesday" and still no answer as of the time of this post. So we will see how much they take and I'll post it so you get an idea.

when you sent in your i-130 you also sent copy of marriage certificate, that is all the proof they need, you dont have to send anything, they know in order for her to travel she must change her name n passport I.D etc. its nothing to worry over! I did the same, and i am on my NVC stage.. everything goinf smoothe

Submit the AOS doc, print the bar code.

After that, pay IV fee of $404 USD, and submit all necessary doc for IV application.

Then wait for your case to get completed. Please read the guides on VJ to get more familiar with NVC Chartflow.

Ok so WE have received NOA2 email and letter on the 1st march !, received NVC letter, along with NVC case number,IIN # and Beneficiary #. lastnight. Husband paid AOS of $88.00 and i emailed DS3032... What is our next step?? some help will we really appreciated.. thank you

hello, dont worry after your NOA2 wait a week and you can contact NVC and ask for your NVC case number,if they say they havent recieved your case yet,just wait and call the next day and the next till they say they recieve it, i got mine in exactly one week. after that they email you the processes!!! hang in there and goooodluck

I LIVE IN TRINIDAD, MY HUSBAND RESIDES IN THE US. THEY EMAILED HIM ON THE 1ST OF MARCH WITH MY NOA2 APPROVAL, THEY SAID THEY WOULD MAIL HIM A LETTER SAYING WHAT ACTIONS TO FURTHER TAKE!!BUT READING SOME THREADS ALOT OF YOU ALL SAID MOST OF THE TIME THEY DONT MAIL ANY LETTERS,IF NOT WHAT IS OUR NEXT STEP TO NVC PROCESS? I JUS WANT THIS PROCESS TO FLY, WAITING ON THE NOA2 WAS SOOOOOO HARD!! PLZZ HELP GUYS.. NVC STEP SEEMS CONFUSING!!!!!!!

well today makes 5 days since NOA2 no letter from usc....... do they bother to send any letter? how soon do i contact NVC? by the way great advice on this thread!!
