  1. I don't get why VSC is so much faster than CSC? Can't believe the gap between them. CSC has about 65% of the October petitions done and VSC has about 65% of the November petitions done. I know VJers are just a drop in the ocean in comparison to the number of total applicants but still reflects that VSC is way faster right now. Wake up CSC!!!
