I have a question and would appreciate if you can help me out.

I never received any instruction package from the NVC after I paid my AOS and IV bill. My sister (joint sponsor) in the US and my wife are sending the i-864 and then I will send the DS-230 to them along with all civil documents. Is this okay or should I call the NVC for my instruction package?

I dont think you can send in notarized copy. They want only originals....except for the passport...check this link out-

No...You don't need PCC when you are paying your IV bill...you need it when you are sending in the actual DS-230..and all original docs..I can't reply to your posts directly for some reason and have to post on your profile..
