  1. I am so sorry, but I put the wrong Date of I-175, it is supposed to be 10/18/14, not 10/20/14, which was the date it was delivered. I am correcting it below, if that is ok?

  3. I will let my husband update the embassy reviews. It was a long night for the both of us, but he was approved. We wanted to thank our VJ family, with whom we would have never had the proper information to continue on this tough journey. We would also like to thank those who gave us well wishes and prayers. We know the journey is not completely over, but this was a major road to navigate and we have now come around the bend.

We hope the best for everyone going through the same and otherwise. This is a great place and we are grateful for it.

  4. Where do I begin? It's just I am overwhelmed by unending problems but I believe God won't let things happen for a reason.

So I will start what I received today. I have been waiting for our i-130 email/txt notification until today, the1-130 packet was returned to hubby. Here are the reasons:

he forgot to sign the i-130 form and it says that the application/petition was filed on an outdated version of this form. But we used the latest version from uscis. Please resubmit the petition on the current version. Well, this is not really a bad news because we can resubmit it again.

The bad news is today hubby had his colonoscopy and the impression is likely malignant tumor. Hubby cried and the bad thing is that I'm not around to comfort and hug him and just beside him when the bad news was delivered. I cried too and trying to be strong for him but human as I am, couldn't helped it. God please help and be with us in this trial. Thank you Lord.

We just started the process and hubby just got his job last August. He is very scared now that he might lost his job. Though we are still waiting for the biopsy result and the doctor advised for a CT scan. We are not yet financially stable and trying still to build our future together. We are very sad right now but we put our trust in God that we will overcome this trial.

We need your prayers VJ especially the result of my hubby's biopsy. Thank you. God bless us

I am so sorry for what's happening. The hardest part of all of this is not only being apart, but not being able to hold the other one when they need you the most. God bless you!

  5. *** Moved to UK regional forum as not CR-1 process related ***

You should have no problems visiting; similar to UK nationals, you don;t need a visa to visit.

When I get to the border and they ask me my purpose for being in the country, do I say that I am there to visit my husband?

I spent a long time in Europe with him a few years ago.

  6. I was wondering, could I go to the UK to visit my husband before and during his interview? I have been afraid that I couldn't travel to see him in his home country because we are married and I thought that they would turn me away at the border? If I can, how does that work?

  7. I totally understand I'm feeling the same way, I'm sure everyone going through this process does. My fiancée interview is Nov 6th, and I'm sooo anxious. I'm trying to think positive thoughts, but its nerve racking to say the least. I know they day of the interview I'm going to be sick

Just continue to think positive and I know everything well be okay…Just think your honey well soon be with you in due time.:dance::dance:

    Congrats!

I feel like I am going to go nuts! This is like a 10 day wait in the doctor's office. blink.gifunsure.gif

don't worry and calm down everything will be ok.. Good luck!!! :)

    Thank you :)

  8. Good for them...lol....they need to work on those interviews mess up!! I haven't got one yet...still holding my breath before I pass out!! It seems that nothing is coming in these direction(Europe).

    Congratz on yours!

My husband and I feel your pain. ClockWatch2.gif We want to be together so badly. But congrats to the OP for the interview date. Hope all goes well .smile.gif

  9. I took two folders: one contained copies of all the documents we had sent to NVC (including extra photographs) and the other contained relationship evidence. I didn't get either of them out of my bag! All I needed was my interview letter and passport. I'm not suggesting you go with nothing but there is no need to be too concerned about it. When you receive your interview date they will send a checklist saying what is needed, what had already been provided etc

    Visa Interview Requirements

Cxxxxxxx Exxxxxxxx Wxxxxxx must bring the following to the visa interview:

    * Any original documents that were requested by the NVC but were not submitted

    to the NVC

    * The medical examination results if not submitted to the Embassy/Consulate by

    the physician

    * The correct size and number of photographs

    * Valid passport for all traveling applicants

The following table lists the documents requested by the NVC and whether or not the NVC received them. Please note that even though the applicant may have provided the NVC with a copy of a document, the applicant is still required to bring the original document to the visa interview.
