^ That may work in London, I don't know. Don't do this in Latin America unless you want to risk paying and getting vaccinated for each one twice. In Mexico, you can bring in proof of being vaccinated the week before and they will still make you get it done at the immigration clinic (because what they want is the money!). One of the medical providers for Colombia does the same and I think there are a few others as well. Unless a Costa Rica filer says this is a successful method, I don't suggest getting vaccines ahead of time. Also, immigration medical clinics generally only administer MMR, TDaP, and Varicella, so if you get all the vaccines listed in the information immigration gives ahead of time, you'll wind up getting lots of extra vaccines. This is why I'm really hoping you can find a Costa Rica filer to give you specifics on the medical there.

Although love is most often why people choose to marry, as another poster mentioned, LOVE is not enough sustain a marriage. Not withstanding the cultural differences you both will face (and you will), marriage is WORK, plain and simple. It's worth every minute of it, but I hope that you will take the time to get to know your fiance well enough to recognize whether or not he is willing or capable of doing his part in this marriage. If not, you may be setting yourself up for a world of hurt. Please be careful. I may be generalizing here, but it's just my opinion that we all, to some degree or another, put on our best faces while we are dating and "in the throes of new love". It's the long term, it's the "dirty socks and unwashed dishes" of life that show our true merit and the depth of our love.
