    So im Taking a Break tryna figuere Out what to do sins i have to decide on to either Leave before i acumulate the 180 days or stay and try to find a enough proff on my entrance wish its becoming overwelming sins i dont even have a stamp of entrance ahh what should i du im so comfuse?

    Hey Guys i Need a Advice i am corrently in the u.s and i have to return to my home country to go to the interview my problem is my husban its on provation and cant leave the state and i hear its nearly impossible to get approve with out the petitioner ..should i stay and try again when he can go or should i go now that i still havent hit the 1-10 year ban

      You should go to the interview of course! Some embassies doesn't want the petitioner in on the interview anyway.
