    Hey Guys i Need a Advice i am corrently in the u.s and i have to return to my home country to go to the interview my problem is my husban its on provation and cant leave the state and i hear its nearly impossible to get approve with out the petitioner ..should i stay and try again when he can go or should i go now that i still havent hit the 1-10 year ban

      Hei Anaid(Diana?) :) Maybe try to start a topic and copy/paste your status update into it. More people will probably see it and give advise there.

      You should go to the interview of course! Some embassies doesn't want the petitioner in on the interview anyway.
