      Dont Panic!!!...I got an RFE too...and solve it...Just a little more time...Review everything carefull and send what they ask for. We had to make a letter with an explanation too and it worked. Good luck to you...You will win!! Love always win!!!

      Thank you Vivian! I have got a request to send a legible copy of my fiancee's Divorce Certificate and their request appears to be quite reasonable because the other one wasn't good enough.

      OMG!!! same as my RFE. Then I sent a certificate copy (a copy with purple stamps) and an explanation letter cause of course divorce papers from another countries can be confussed for them. On the translation we sent we highlighted the paragraph saying the divorce was done. We just wanted to make sure they see the specific part cause was a big document with lot of pages. We found this tip here at visajourney and it worked. Good luck you two...
