I would like to know if I can file my AOS without the medical form 693 and just send in a copy of my DS 2035 which was proof of vaccinations given at the US embassy when I arived. I entered on a K-1 Visa and its only been three months since I arrived, cause I read that if you entered on a K-1 and file before one year that you dont need another checkup? Please help.

I want to start filling for my AOS... I have done all the forms...Do I have to send proof of relationship RE; bank account, credit cards, bills, wedding photos, etc with application? Or do I only need them when I go to Interview? Thanks.

The only people you see are people waiting to get married...You get married one at a time separtely inside a seperate room/office..I know its not romantic...but like I said...having a formal wedding in the philippines once AOS papers are done and also have approval to go back while waiting for her papers to finish.

Here in NYC..you are getting married in front of a judge in a separte cit office...no criminals...nothing but people getting married...Trust me I know...I'm a NYC police officer..

NYC does not need ssn # for fiancee...You just have to apply for license in person and have a 24 hour waiting period..

Hello...Yes she can open outer plastic to get her passport...the other envelope inside is what will NOT open...

If the date on top is different from the original then it would be fine...If not just change the date to a date later than the original. Also did you organize your papers? If not...I can send you a link as a guide how to have your papers ready for interview...My fiancee used it as a guide...and the interviewer was surprised and complemented her on being prepared.

yes it should be signed...if they question you..let them know that the original is on its way...but wont get there in time for interview.

you should have a copy of his birth certificate if possible...but also a copy of an up to date letter of intent...since its been many months from when the original I-129 form was sent. They just want to know that noting has changed..It does not have to been as long as your original letter of intent.

Does anyone know since I came over on a k-1 visa and now got married within the required 90 days, can I or should I apply for a new Philippine passport under my Married name? I ask this because when ever I use my passport for ID on some applications it still have my madien name and when you apply for credit at some places I dont usually carry a copy on my marriage license...Or should I just wait until the AOS gets approved? Thanks.
