It is just too oddly coincidental to be anything but that. He ended up not even having the measles when he went back in for a checkup. They dont know what the bumps were from. We are either being protected from something or it just wasnt the right time. God's timing is perfect!

Thanks for your post! You will not believe the reason for delay or maybe you will find it easy to believe in this crazy process! We had an interview date set for Monday, February 4th. The Friday just before my husband was diagnosed with the measles - yes - true story! so now we are back in the waiting pool again. :0( It is definitely dissapointing but i do believe in Divine providence.

Hi Jackie! Happy 2013! I just got back from visiting the hubby in Guatemala and was wondering how your interview went? We are still waiting for the interview date. Hope all is well!!!

Any word on your interview date yet, Jackie? I called the Visa Center today and they said they schedule interview the second week of the month which is this week. They told me to check on it on Monday morning. I hope yours was scheduled.The US Embassy told me they are scheduling interviews for Dec26 and after. Just FYI -----almost there!!!!

Hi! You're right, we do have similar timelines and for the same country! I am praying that all this can be done by the end of the year - i will pray that for you too so we can start the new year with our other halves ) Are you planning on being at the interview? I don't know if i should book a flight to visit in Christmas or not?
