You most likely have to book your medical yourself, they won't do that for you. While you wait for the interview appointment you can always make sure you have everything you need for that.
-
Some countries has different rules for the medicals, either email the us embassy in Jordan and ask or read here on VJ about your specific embassy procedures. In some countries you need the interview date to set a medical appointment. Other than that just wait, your wife can call NVC and see if your case is closed there or not. If it is that means your file is sent to the embassy

Well if your wife sent all the papers to the NVC and paid the fees all you good do is wait for an interview appointment. Here on VJ there are a few guides you and your wife can read. May I ask why it took so long for you to send your papers to NVC if you were approved in September?
-
What have you guys been doing since you got the approval? Have your wife sent all the papers to the NVC?

I like it up here, anchorage isn't that much different than Sweden! At least not weather wise anyway ;-) I'm not working yet, I'm home with my youngest kid, 10 months old and I'm expecting another one in may so i guess I'll be home for another year before i try getting me a job. I can't wait for that though, I'm not used to being home all day long. What do you do...

Hi! Yes we also live in anchorage. Me and the kids moved over in July. Where about in anchorage does your fiancée live?
-
I live in anchorage! We moved over from sweden in july. We had an awesome attorney, doing our stuff for us...we didn't know about this place either when we started the process!
