How long does it take to get the DS3032 and invoice after you have your case number?
-
FINALLY! A case number and receipt number! Now we can move forward!
-
No case number yet, but wondering if my husband can still have his medical exam with the case number. Anyone know?

You can go here to find your doctor: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3739.html

Just called NVC again. Mrs. Akama the train IS in the station! They rec'd our case yesterday but have not yet generated a case number. They said another 10-20 business days before a case number is generated. Will it really take that long?

I feel like this whole process is set up to give you false hope. After waiting forever for your NOA2, you get so excited when it finally arrives and you begin to think you can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Then nearly one month later and there is nothing you can do to move to the next step but wait, so that light turns out to be a train stalled on the tracks. *sigh*

Called again today, but no case number. I was told to email a copy of our NOA2 to nvcresearch@state.gov. Hopefully soon.

Just checking in to see if you had any updates. Nothing from the NVC yet for us.

14 business days. No case number yet, but told to try on Monday.

Called the NVC again this morning. Surprisingly I didn't have to wait on line, but still they don't have a case number for us.

I am actually starting to feel a bit scared about moving back to the U.S. - I guess Dakar really grew on me.

Yes! We got our hard copy in the mail yesterday. But I've been calling every other day this week to see if they have our case yet. We have everything ready to go!
-
Ok - this waiting period is worse than the first. There is nothing to really gauge how long the process will take before we get an interview. *sigh*

Three months today since we sent in our I-130 to the Chicago Lockbox. The closer we get to the five month mark, the harder the waiting gets.

Sad news. Looks like CSC processing times have been updated and they are taking LONGER than their goal.

Almost one week and still waiting for notification that they have rec'd our package at the Chicago Lockbox.
