visa
in Philippines
I believe it is possible. there will be another visa apllication fee. as has been pointed out, if the baby is born in the Philippines, you'll need to file for CRBA and get a passport for the baby.
What if the fiancé(e) must delay their arrival in the U.S.?
The K-1 visa is valid for a maximum of six months. If the visa bearer is unable to leave for the United States immediately and the visa expires, a new one may be issued upon written request to the Embassy and the payment of another application fee of US$240.

visa
in Philippines
can they extend another 6month fiance visa cause my fiance is preggy and think she
cant travel help anyone?
-
This is incorrect. The household count only goes to 5 after the baby is born. While the baby is gestating, he/she is not counted. For the US government to count the unborn baby as part of the household, the US government would need to acknowledge the unborn as a person. And, I don't believe the US government is anywhere near to granting an unborn any status as a person.
If the unborn is counted in the household, wouldn't the unborn need an immigration visa too? Seems ridiculous to say the unborn counts for the household, but doesn't need a visa or passport to enter the US while still inside of mom.
The household count is 4; the US citizen petitioner, his two children, and his fiancee. When the baby is born, the household count will increase to 5.
thanks for the info do u know how the co-sponsor works does he/she have to have more the poverty guide since i only have
24,000 need help since my household is 4 any advice
-
Yes you will now reference the poverty guidelines based on a family of 5.
Her pregnancy will have no adverse affect on your K-1 petition/process, other than increased cost to do so now.
so how do the co-sponsor work
-
so i went to the phil last 2weeks ago stayed for 5days the come back to the states.now im back
and i think my fiance is preggy or think she is this is not going to affect the K1 visa?
i got 2 kids by the way and us citizen which is good. does my income have to be more?and wat if
she's preggy is that going to add 1 more for the poverty guide..which is going to be 5 ryt
Any advise or experience THANK YOU SOOO MUCH

Wat if i claim on my 2 kids would it effect the k1 visa?
-
The CO has some discretion, and the closer the relation, the better. However, they would be joint sponsors, not co-sponsors. The joint sponsor would have to meet the income requirement on his/her own based on the joint sponsor's household size plus the immigrant.
The I-134 is not enforceable, so unless the offer is credible, the CO is not likely to accept a joint sponsor.
whats the best way to do this since my income is not enough?
thanks
-
the chart says HOUSEHOLD SIZE>. not Dependents..
so that would be Petitioner + 3 dependents.. = 4
even though kids are us citizen? so my income is not
enough
-
Do you earn above the poverty line for 4 in a house hold? Meaning yourself, wife and two children.
Poverty Line for hould of 4 is $27,973.
If you don't earn over this you will need a co-sponsor no if's and's or but's.
This the income guideline issued by DOHS (Department of Homeland Security)
us embassy accept co-sponsor ?
-
You need to find a co-sponsor.
my lawyer told me 3 dependent is fine is this true?
-
your household size would be 4. you, fiance, and two children. according to the USCIS Poverty Guidelines for 2011, a household size of four requires $27,937.
i guess my income is not enough what to do?
-
my income is 24,000 and i have 2 kids which by the are us citizen but stayed with my fiance in the Philippines so my dependent would be 3 so is my income good right i have no problem on the poverty guidelines or im missing something ANY ADVICE ?? THANKS
-
Is this going to effect the petition?
-
are you the USC?
yes im usc
-
it will have to show sufficient income for a household size of four. is that your question?
wat if the co ask about the dependents cause ryt now my twins are in the phil can i claim with no
prob on once interview
-
