      We got our case number from Manila consulate and so now kinda confused if I could do schedule for interview after my medical or has to wait for packet 3?

      Hi JohnAireen! No need to wait for that packet 3. I've read some posts here about people going to the interview itself even without it. But do visit the US Embassy website's section on K1/K2 Interview Preparation Instructions and print that so that you have a guide on what to do and the things that we need. http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3224.html
