my N400 is over the normal processing date which was last year October , is this a generic reply from online enquiry or i should expect on or before 60days as stated ???

here is the reply i got after filing enquiry online : Your case is under active review by an immigration officer. You should be receiving a decision or notice of further action at the address of record shortly. If you have not received a decision or notice of further action within 60-days of this response, please feel free to submit a new inquiry by calling the USCIS Contact Center.
