Hello sister, stopping by to say "Hello".. I've been going crazy with our Petition... It seems like I'm in quicksand.. Trying not to overwhelm myself.. Ugh!!

Regarding my RFE posted on August 15th.. Our 60 days will come to an end this Saturday... I called CA USCIS Weds. and Thurs. morning discouraged regarding our I-130 Petition process.. Advising CSRep, I haven't received our RFE results and tomorrow is 2 mos.. Also addressing our Petition took 8 months and now the RFE is dragging so slow. He advised me to call back Monday, if I dont hear anything about our RFE results and CA USCIS will submit a Ticket Expedite Process... Waiting another 15 ...

CR-1 Petitioner awaiting RFE Bona Fide Marriage decision?? It's going to be 2 months next week.. Does the RFE decision usually take this long? I've observed Petitioners whom sent their RFE Packages after us and they were Approved with 3 weeks..

No one's perfect, we're all human.. I'm so excited to spend time with my husband and his family. I miss mom's cooking, her tagine is can eat all day and everyday...lol.
