What are they asking for. I told you it was going to be this week why they didn't tell you this when you called earlier or you just ask did they receive your info.

Yea last Monday I called and they told me my AOS checklist was under review and I call yesterday and they tell me I have to wait another 20 business days for them to review it! I literally just want to shoot myself!

October 12th and my co-sponsor total tax income was incorrect

Got another checklist. It was so simple I had to slap myself for it. Part 6. Sponsor's Income and Employment number 10 I didnt put that total in from my individual annual income. I use my computer to type my name in instead of me writing it in. But I did sign it I just needed to print my name myself.

My package reach NVC not to long ago so now the waiting continues.

I had to get a certified copy of my husband divorce decree because the one I had from him they say it was not a certified copy and we didn't go back to age sixteen on the immigrant visa form so I had to get that done again with his signature and he signed it in blue ink but I did the form on the computer, so I just sent it any ways. So he Fedex it to me yesterday and I express it to NVC today and they will get it tomorrow.

my husband sign the ds230 in blue is it a problem? i called them they said it's ok please let me know. thank you

its for the joint sponsor,the total tax return wasn't the correct figure that we should have put for 2012

i didn't send my marriage paper i only sent the marriage certificate and they approved my IV Package .Do you know what they asking for ?

I called yesterday 9/7/2013 got checklist for AOS and IV package was accepted so you can try calling Thursday evening because they received my package 2 days before yours

It is just so frustrated and i feel all those new AOS packet that was sent in April & May are now getting view because NVC didn't understand the new form before. So they are backlog because of their stupidity and USCIS with releasing those forms without NVC knowledge
